Terms and Conditions
The prices advertised are for short term holiday rental purposes for our two bedroom apartment that will sleep a maximum of four adults
(plus two children using sofa that converts into two single beds).
Longer let prices are open to negotiation, where applicable.
Price includes service charges for electricity, hot water, air-conditioning and heating. Also provided is a weekly towel and bed linen change along with cleaning service.

Please provide your own towels for beach and pool use.

A 20% non refundable deposit must be paid when first booking, with full payment due six weeks prior to holiday commencement date. Provisional booking will be held for up to 2 weeks to allow time for post etc. A pack containing details of how to get to apartment will be sent approximately two weeks before your holiday start date, providing full payment has been received.

The property is only let for personal holiday use and is not to be used for any illegal or immoral purpose. We will not be held responsible for any liability in respect of loss, injury, death or damage whilst renting our apartment.
You are advised to obtain appropriate insurance for the purpose and duration of your holiday for all members of your party.
