Competition Rules

1. No Purchase is necessary.
2. Entries must be submitted on line to Competition@JMB2.co.uk and include full name, address, telephone number and email details. The email must also include 3 alternative weeks that the participant will be available to take the holiday.
These dates may be used in relation to further promotions.
3. By entering this competition the entrant agrees to opt in to accept further communications from ourselves and our partners until otherwise confirmed in writing.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. The competition is only open to UK residents of 18 years or over.
6. All entries must be received by Saturday 28th February 2009. Proof of submission of entries is not proof of receipt.
7. The promoter will collate the entries and the winner will be drawn at random from all the eligible entries by Saturday 7th March 2009.
The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner will be notified by Saturday 14th March 2009 by email. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternative winner may be selected at the promoter’s discretion.
9. The winners name and region will be available on request by sending and email to WinningInfo@JMB2.co.uk from Saturday 21st March 2009.
10. The prize if for a one week stay in our two bedroom, self catering, apartment at Marina De La Torre for a maximum of 4 adults. The winning entrant will need to provide for their parties own travel, insurance and catering needs.
11. We will not be liable for any other costs or expenses incurred, these are the sole responsibility of the prize draw winner.
12. The prize can be taken from September through to end June subject to availability, except Christmas, Easter and New Year and must be taken before Saturday 27th February 2010. The prize week may differ from the week/weeks submitted on your entry.
13. Confirmation of all parties travelling names and addresses must be confirmed in writing to us 6 weeks before commencement of holiday.
14. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable.
15. Entrants agree to allow their names and/or likenesses to be used without compensation if required by us for advertising or publicity purposes.
16. All prizes are subject to our terms and conditions.
17. Winners may be asked to sign and return statements of eligibility before the prize is awarded.
18. By entering this competition all participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these official rules that shall be final and binding in all respects.
19. A £100 breakages deposit is required that is fully refundable on successful post rental inspection.
